As a husband & wife owned business marriage is very important to us.
Max & Acacia met in 2018, they married in September of 2019 setting out to make a difference in the world in whatever ways they could with their marriage. They have a strong belief that Gods design for marriage is to show the love of God for each other and example that love for each other and for the world to see. Max & Acacia want to use the power of three (Husband, Wife & God) to inspire the world to keep living breathing and trying everyday to make a imprint on this world to help make it a better place and more accurately reflect the love of God. At their wedding Max & Acacia braided the cord of three strands in representation of how important God is for them in their marriage and asked for all in attendance to pray over them during the ceremony.

Allowing us the opportunity to participate in your wedding day by providing and design your wedding flowers is one way we use are farming skills and artistic talents to use our marriage and our business to reflect Gods love. If you decide to choose us for our wedding flowers your going to get the freshest flowers around. All of our flowers are 100% locally grown by us right here on our farm. We take care in creating bespoke arrangements from seasonally available flowers. When designing your arrangements theses will be unique pieces handpicked, selected and created into forms of art that reflect the beauty and message you choose to for your big day. We combine our eye for design and knowledge of flowers to make sure you have breathtaking displays made from the highest quality flowers. Using nature as our inspiration our arrangements tend to have a more natural, lush, wild, organic, garden inspired look to them.
We only use flowers that are grown and harvested from our flower farm here in Wyoming. When you get flowers from us we have taken a special care of these and have since most of them were just seeds. Aside from those of our shrubs, trees & bulbs almost everything we grow is started as a seed and cared for its entire life by us here on the farm. We take extra care to harvest at the correct stages and properly condition cut flowers overnight for maximum hydration and vase life. The flowers you get from us are going to be the freshest you can get, truly farm to table. Our flowers are going to have the longest vase life you can expect from a cut flower, are going to be grown without toxic chemicals and smell amazing. We use organic and sustainable practices and invest in growing our knowledge in those areas, working to constantly improve.
When creating floral arrangements we lean towards natural, wild, unique, garden inspired, bespoke styles. Our love for both God and nature can be reflected in our pieces. Floral design is a form of art that reflects what the artist see’s and envisions. When planning your wedding we work with you to incorporate your dream into physical pieces of floral art.
A big difference when choosing a flower farm-florist for your wedding flowers is that we only work with seasonally available flowers grown right here on our farm. Unlike a florist where they order through a wholesaler and have flowers shipped in from across the world to supply the requested flowers for your wedding that would likely not be in bloom locally at that time. We instead use what is seasonally available at that time. When you choose to work with us you will be willing to trust our artist eye for design. We will discuss your vision and general theme & color pallet looking at options that will likely be in bloom around the time of your event. Instead of focusing on a specific type of flower and exact idea of what your arrangement will look like when planning your floral displays. You will give us inspiration and we will ultimately create bespoke creations with what is in bloom and ready to harvest at that time. Depending on the month of your event the number of varieties of flowers we have blooming locally will vary greatly. These will be growers/designers choice flower arrangement's. Once its time to harvest, condition and design your arrangements we will work with the farm fresh ingredients we have available to create beautiful, unique pieces for your event aiming to reflect the style and theme of your event. Although you will not know exactly what your arrangements will look like at the time of placing your order like you would with a standard florist we will work to keep the general theme or vision you shared with us in mind and communicate with you in the design process as needed. This gives us the opportunity to get creative and design displays that are organic, lush, wild and beautiful. These nature inspired designs will be custom created to fit your event. Avoiding the use of toxic floral foams in our floral creations we hold ourselves to high standards when creating beautiful arrangements. Our flowers are fresh, high quality, and unique. Our flowers are grown using organic practices, although we are not currently certified organic at this time we strive to use organic ways to manage pests, and fertilizing. Our farm is dedicated to working harder each year to increase our sustainability and agricultural restoration approach to farming. We want our farming methods to add and give back to the soil and environments and not take from or strip it of its resources. This is something we are constantly increasing our knowledge and education of to increase our positive impact on the planet. Keeping in mind the importance of protecting our pollinators, air and land.
No matter what your budget is we want to do our best to work with you. We understand that everyone’s budgets and dreams fall on different spectrums. We hope to be able to accommodate your vison and do our best to meet you where your budget is at. Getting creative with ways to save you money if you budget is minimal while still offering you the relief of not having to take on DIY floral design in the days before your wedding. All of our flowers are offered as arrangements, taking of the stress of the alternative DIY approach. If your willing to be flexible and hear our budget saving ideas and cost saving alternatives we aim to be able to help your dreams come true on as many financial spectrums as we can. While still offering high end and luxury floral arrangements for those with a higher budget. No matter what your budget is out arrangements are always custom created for you and your event. Our locally grown flowers are sure to be the freshest around giving you the best quality you will find compared to the alternative of wholesale flowers shipped from other counties on the last leg of their life the day of your wedding that you would likely get if your not working with locally grown flowers.
Keeping in mind flower farming is like any other type of farming and nature truly has full control. As farmers we do the best we can to control every detail of the farming process we can but we cant predict the exact bloom times of flowers or what the weather may bring. If natural disasters, fires, tornados hail, strong winds or other unexpected events out of our control happen it could damage or destroy our crops. We will do everything we can to try to prevent loss of crops, if you decide to work with us you have to be willing to consider there is more risks involved with working with locally grown flowers. If your wedding or event if far in the future it would be best to book with us closer to your date for a better idea of what will be in bloom. If your concerned about what may happen in the event of a damage or loss of our crops we would be happy to discuss a backup plan with you if there was a scenario out of our control. We can work with you to help ease any fears you may have with this unknown.
Below is a list of some examples or wedding floral services we offer if there is something your looking for that is not listed please inquire with us to see if we are able to accommodate your needs. We have listed a range of the most common prices expected for each items. This is not a set in stone price as we are able to make adjustments to the sizes and amount of flowers/stems, focal flowers & filler amounts to help better accommodate your budget and vision whether it be higher or lower then the general ranges we have listed. This price list is just here to give you a idea of what you might be looking for to plan your budget and think about what floral products you would like to use to enhance the atmosphere of your wedding.
At this time we do not offer full service weddings, set up, tear down, or on site installments. Our limitation of staff and size of transportation vehicles make this unavailable at this point. This is something we plan to try to offer in the future. We do offer installation alternative options which have a instillation type look to them but are made by us at our studio on the farm and are able to be transported and easily assembled by you or your helpers the day of your event. Our wedding flower packages are al a carte. You can choose from a menu of options we offer and then we custom design your arrangements for you events. We offer either a delivery with drop-off and pickup at your event options allowing you to set up your displays and arrangements at your event or you can choose to transport your flower arrangements to and from your event yourself picking them up from us here at the farm.
Please discuss your options for pickup or delivery of our wedding floral products with us as we do offer delivery for a fee if within the range of our service area.
Our event floral vessels are available for renting only and will need to be returned after your event. This helps reduce the costs you pay for your floral arrangements and the impact on the environment. Truly a more cost effective and sustainable alternative. Return date arrangements will be made with you. A standard 24 hour rental period is included in the price with the option for a longer rental period if needed for additional fee’s. We will clean & sanitize your rented vessels and compost your flowers for you.
We do offer Delivery and pickup of products dropping them off for you to unload and set up yourself and then meet us at the time of pickup to help re load in our vehicle for us to take away. You have a choice between us delivering and picking up from your event or you picking up your arrangements at our pickup location to transport to and back from your event yourself. You are responsible for any damage done to your vessels or flowers if you choose to transport your arrangements yourself.
Delivery and pickup costs are:
$50 an hour roundtrip delivery fee + $1 per mile with a $50 minimum ( milage calculated from our flower farm and florist studio location)
Delivery costs within the city limits of Gillette may be cheaper depending on the location of the event and the number of floral arrangements being transported. Please contact us to inquire.
Delivery includes us transporting your flowers & drop off at your location for you to set up. Then we return to pickup everything meeting you with your help bringing the flowers to our vehicle for pickup while we load our vehicle for pickup. When picking up flower arrangements we handle composting your flowers, cleaning your vessels and take care of making sure your rented products are returned to us.
***If you choose to pickup your flowers at our pickup location instead of the delivery option you are responsible for any damage and the associated costs to your flowers, vessels or any other rented items that occurs including during transportation. *** Transporting flowers can be a tricky task that involves special mechanics and transportation techniques please consider this before choosing the pickup option.
We do offer the options to have us compost your event flowers after your event with or without the delivery option as well, mention this to us when booking your flowers. This sustainable options helps give nutrient’s back to our soil and benefits the environment, instead of adding to the landfills.

We want to help your intimate ceremony reflect your love & commitment to each other for a lifetime. Our Bespoke Floral arrangements are one of a kind handmade custom designed for you. Farm fresh flowers from our farm along with our artistic talent and your dreams we offer beautiful, bespoke, affordable options for your small ceremonies in several packages.
Basic package includes; Bridal Bouquet, grooms boutonniere Starting at $175- $275 (+ tax)
Standard package includes: Bridal Bouquet, boutonniere & 2 flower arrangements ( statement/centerpiece OR aisle /ceremony flower arrangements) Starting at $550-$1,375 (+ tax)
Food flowers
Our flowers are home produced without inspection, sold under the Wyoming food freedom act.
